Terms of use

1. Purpose. GradeScan & Collect, published by POKEMAEL, SAS with share capital of €200, RCS Paris 938 862 919, TVA FR60 938 862 919, registered office 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, lets you recognize Pokémon cards from a photo, track a collection (cards, sealed products, wishlist), estimate its value and measure a card's centering from a photo (pre-grading). Using the app means accepting these terms.

2. Estimates, not advice. Prices come from third-party sources (public listings and sales) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Pre-grading scores are estimates made from a photo: they do not guarantee any grade from a grading company, and the card's surface is not analyzed. "Investment" tracking is a value-tracking tool: nothing in the app constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of capital gain.

3. Account. The app can be used without an account (data on your device). The account, which is free, syncs your collection between your devices. It is personal: you keep your password, your passkey and your recovery code secret. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from the settings. Minimum age: 15; below that, a parent's consent is required.

4. Prohibited uses: mass-extracting data from the app, bypassing the free plan's limits, disrupting the service, publishing illegal or misleading content through collection sharing. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you except in urgent cases.

5. Your content. The photos and information you add remain yours. You authorize us to store and display them to run the service (and, if you share your collection, to show them to the people who have the link).

6. Pro plan. Paid features are governed by the subscription terms of sale.

7. Availability and liability. The service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or shut down; in the event of a permanent shutdown, you will be notified at least 30 days beforehand so you can export your data. Our liability does not cover buying or selling decisions made on the basis of the estimates.

8. Changes and governing law. These terms may change; you will be informed of significant changes. They are governed by French law. Contact: contact@gradescan.fr.
